How do I enable auto-generated links for meetings?

Profit.co provides an option to enable auto-generated links for meetings.

Why this feature?

  • This feature provides an option for users to enable auto-generated meeting links. 
  • Auto-generated meeting links eliminate the need for individuals to manually create and share meeting links with participants.
  • This feature saves time and effort, especially for individuals who frequently schedule and attend meetings.

Note: Only Super Users can enable Google Calendar Sync.

Step 1

Navigate to Settings → Meetings from the left navigation panel.

 

On the Meetings page, switch to the General tab and enable the toggle for the Google Calendar Sync option.

Step 2

To configure the video-conferencing options, navigate to Meetings from the left navigation panel.

Click on the Meeting Preferences, enable the Google Meet toggle, enter your Meeting URL, and click Save.

Step 3

When you schedule a meeting, you can find the Add Conferencing option.

Fill in the required details, and click Schedule.
