What is Key Result Scoring in OKRs?

Profit.co allows you to customize your Key Result scoring.
Why this Feature?
- By tracking key results and scoring them periodically, teams can identify gaps and make necessary adjustments to stay on track, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Assigning scores to key results increases transparency and accountability, making it clear who is responsible for achieving what and how progress will be measured.
Note: Only Super Users have access to the Settings to Customize Key Result score.
Step 1
Navigate to Settings → OKRs → OKR Authoring from the left menu. On the OKR Authoring page, click on the General tab and select the Custom Key Result Scoring under the Scoring Method.
If you select Custom Key Result Scoring, You can customize the Commitment Levels for the Key Results. The Base scale is your groundline for check-ins and scores may vary correspondingly.
When you check in your Key Results with values regularly, your Customized Key Result Score will appear adjacent to your Key Result Rating.
When you enter values for the key result, the score icon will change automatically based on your customization.
