How does Profit support performance management?
Profit supports a comprehensive performance management system that as shown in the following picture.
HR Administrators will initiate the review process. During the review window, employees can perform their self assessment and submit to their manager. Managers can then request feedback from appropriate employees, and then perform their own assessment. At this point, employees will meet with their managers to discuss the ratings and conclude the assessment.
Profit also has some advanced features such as automating assessment at a higher grade, automatic grade changes based on assessments and so on.
