New Features in Profit.co:

Time to power your business with our latest features!

Performance Management

• You can now create goals in Profit.co to coordinate, monitor and manage your own goals in work progress and performance.
• Exclusive option to set custom fields for goals based on their business culture and organizational requirements.
• Provide weights for each goal in order to distribute the weightage to the number of goals created, this helps you to know your progress based on the weightage calculation.
• You can now control and set the visibility of OKR progress at the assessment levels.
• The HR can now perform employee management by changing the department details of an user from the Employees menu in the HR Administration
• You can easily allow auto-approve of peers from the HR dashboard performance reviews, HR to auto-approve peers.

OKRs:

• You can now show progress in the Control KPI based Key Results even though you don’t reach the complete value. Based on your check-ins, the progress value will be calculated.
• To discuss the progress of the Team, Weekly and quarterly OKRs in Profit.co you can now schedule OKR meetings which allows you to get the latest updates about the OKRs via this new feature.
• Try the latest Move feature in the key results that are aligned using bottom-up alignment and move key results.
• The End of Quarter Presentation helps users to quickly and easily create a PowerPoint presentation with Overall OKR progress and KR progress for the current quarter, and plan for the next quarter for any department.
• You can now search for your OKRs using tags filter in all my OKRs page instantly instead of using advanced search every time in Profit.co.
• You can now enable and download your OKR Progress presentation just like you do for your End of quarter presentation, and it is accessible to All Departments, all employees, and in the My departments OKRs list page.
• The end of presentation slides display the details of the progress in the form of OKR welcome slide, OKR progress slide, KR progress slides and plan for next quarter slide.

Task Management:

• You can now hide the completed tasks. You can hide the completed tasks and allow space for the new tasks that you are working on.
• Now you can link the task to the created workspace from the OKR main list page. This option will directly show the Task dashboard below to create it.
