How to set Exchange Rate for points?

Profit.co provides an option to set points value for one currency.

Why this feature?

  • With the Exchange Rate feature, you have the option to determine points for $1, according to the user's preference.
  • This feature empowers administrators to adapt point values to changing business needs and market conditions, providing flexibility in managing incentive programs effectively.

Note: Super Users and Rewards Admin can set the Exchange rate.

How can the Super user define the Exchange Rate?

Navigate to Settings → Recognition → Rewards from the left navigation panel. 

Under the Gift Card menu set the points for $1 and click on Update.

Note: To access the record of changes made to the count of points, select the "View Log" option.

How the Rewards Admin can define the Exchange Rate?

Navigate Recognition → Gift Card Program from the left navigation menu. Click on the Exchange Rate dropdown menu. Set the points for $1 and click on Update.
