In Profit.co, the Rewards Program Manager is responsible for adding money to the wallet, setting Exchange Rate, and selecting Gift Cards for the users according to their location and preferences.

How a Rewards Program Manager can add money to the wallet?

Navigate to Recognition → Gift Card Program from the left navigation panel.

Click on Add Money, enter the amount that you want to add to the wallet, and click on Proceed. Finally, click on Pay.

You will be redirected to the transaction page where you have to enter the card information and the Billing address to make the payment.

How a Rewards Program Manager can set the Exchange Rate?

Under the Gift Card Program menu, click on the Exchange Rate input box and set the points. Finally, click Update.

How a Rewards Program Manager can select Gift Cards?

Under the Gift Card Program menu, click on the  icon to select the Gift Cards.
