How can I create departments and define department heads?

Clicking on Departments under User Management will show the below screen.

You Can

  1. Create New department



  1. You can also choose the competencies for the department based on their job responsibilities.
  2. Clicking on the star in the left side would give suggestions for the department names.
  3. Click on save icon after making the changes.

2.Edit department information

  1. Click on the Edit option in the department level to make changes in the department.

  2. You can add a department head who will have access to create the departmental OKRs

3. Add users to the department

  1. Click on the + icon to add users to the department.
