How to create predefined filters for OKRs in profit.co?
Category: OKRs
Profit.co provides an option to create pre-defined statuses that filter the current status on both OKRs and Task.
Why this feature?
By using this feature you can create, edit and update new status as per your needs for your OKRs. This filter enables you to filter OKRs based on the status and helps in monitoring them efficiently.
To create predefined filters i.e. Statuses in OKRs follow the below steps.
Step 1:
Navigate to Settings → OKRs → Authoring from the left navigation panel and switch to the Statuses tab. Click on the + Create Statuses button.

Note: All the default and previously created statuses will be present in the menu and the Status for the first check-in will be On Track by default.
Step 2:
Enable the Toggle for At Moderate Risk to add Status to the OKRs list page.
Note: Inputs marked with * are mandatory.
For instance, Let’s create a Status name At Moderate Risk and add it to OKR statuses.

Step 3:
Enable the Toggle for At Moderate Risk to add Status to the OKRs list page.

While making the check-ins for OKRs we can set the newly created status.

Also, the newly created Status named At Moderate Risk will be added to the Status menu on the OKRs filter menu.
