How to unlock the Create OKR button?

The Lock feature restricts creating OKRs only for a specific timeframe. When you find that your Create OKRs button is locked you can ask for Extension to the Superuser or authorized users. The Superuser or the authorized user can unlock the Create OKR button and can grant an extension period.

Navigate to  OKRs→ All My OKRs from the left navigation panel.

Click on the Lock icon that is present next to the Create OKR button. You will see a popup with a message, Click Yes if you want to request an extension.

Once you click Yes, you will be asked to provide justification to unlock your window, mention the reason for which you want to access Create OKR button.

Once the administrator approves your request, the Create OKR option will be unlocked with the number of days left for your OKR creation shown right next to it.
