How do I request a manager to review an employee's performance?
Category: Performance
A user must be a manager and must have subordinates in order to request another manager/user to review an employee's performance.
Before a manager can request another user to review an employee’s performance, the employee must have submitted a self-assessment form to the manager.
To request a manager to review an employee’s performance i.e. to conduct a 360 assessment, follow the below steps
Step 1
Go to Performance >> My Org’s Reviews in the left navigation panel.
Step 2
Select the user that you wish to have reviewed by another manager.
Step 3
Click on the + icon in the submitted self-assessment form of the employee to add another user as a reviewer.
Step 4
Click on the checkbox adjacent to the name of the user whom you wish to add as a reviewer. Click on the checkbox once and a blue checkmark will appear.
Optionally the user can use the search box at the top of the user's list to search for a specific user and add them as a reviewer.
Step 5
Users can add and request more than one reviewer to review the employee’s performance. Once the user finishes selecting users to review the employee’s performance, click on the Add button to save changes.
