How does Profit.co help define and promote Core Values and Culture Champions?

Profit.co enables you to define your organization’s core values and designate cultural champions who promote and reward these values within teams.
Why this feature?
- Embedding core values visibly on the homepage ensures every employee understands and connects with the company’s mission and culture.
- Cultural champions recognize and reward employees who exemplify core values, fostering engagement and reinforcing positive behaviors across teams.
Important Note:
The Culture Champion feature and the ability to reward points to employees based on values require the Recognition module to be enabled. However, you can still define your organization’s vision, mission, and core values on the Home page regardless of the module’s status.
How to add Core Values to the Home page?
You can now define and manage your company’s vision, mission, and core values within a dedicated section.
Navigate to the Settings → General → Business information from the left navigation panel and switch to the Core Values tab.
- Define Vision and Mission statements.
- Create new values specific to your company by clicking on the Create option.
- View and edit default core values.
- Enable or disable values to control visibility.
- Rearrange values to set their display order on the homepage.
- You can also enable or disable the widget on the homepage.

Culture Champions
Culture Champions are employees within an organization who actively promote, embody, and reinforce the company’s core values and culture. They serve as role models, encouraging others to live the organization’s mission and values daily. Culture Champions often recognize and reward colleagues who demonstrate these values, helping to build a positive, engaged, and aligned workplace culture across teams and departments.
How to define Culture Champions?
Culture Champions can be defined only at the Department level. Navigate to the Settings → User Management from the left navigation panel.
Switch to the Departments tab, and edit the required department.
On the Update Department page, under the Culture and Engagement tab, define the users you want to designate as Culture Champions.
Once done, click Update.
How to define points for Culture Champions?
To define points for Culture Champions, navigate to the Settings → Recognition → Rewards from the left navigation panel.
Switch to the General tab and define the monthly points that Culture Champions receive to reward other employees.
Each Culture Champion receives a set number of points each month, which they can use to recognize and reward employees who exemplify the company’s core values and help foster a positive workplace culture.
Note: If a user is added as a Culture Champion for two departments, they will receive points for each department separately.
For example, if the Culture Champion point allocation is 2,000 points, the user will receive a total of 2,000 + 2,000 = 4,000 points per month.
How to define points for Values?
To define points for the Values, navigate to the Settings → General → Business Information from the left navigation panel.
Switch to the Core Values tab. Under the Values section, you can create a new value and define points, or edit an existing value to set the required points.
How can Culture Champions reward points to other employees?
The Culture Champions can reward points to the employees within an organization who actively promote, embody, and reinforce the company’s core values and culture.
Navigate to the Home from the left navigation panel and Start a Post.
Click on the + Add Values button, choose the required value from the dropdown, mention the person, and reward points to them.
Note: If a selected value has 0 points, it cannot be tagged in the Home Feed.
Dashboard
To view the Values Analysis, navigate to the Recognition → Cockpit from the left navigation panel and switch to the Values Analysis tab.
