How to add/edit talking points for the Meetings?

Profit.co provides an option to add new and edit existing topics[talking points] before scheduling a meeting.
Why this feature?
- Profit.co's feature allowing the addition and editing of topics pre-meeting offers enhanced meeting preparation.
- This ensures focused discussions, timely updates, and organized collaboration, optimizing productivity and decision-making.
Step 1
Navigate to Settings → Meetings from the left navigation panel and switch to the Templates tab.
Here you can add a New Topic as you need.


Step 2
In the initiated new meeting you can see the newly created topic.

Step 3
To customize meeting topics, you have the following options:
- Utilize the "/" command to access specific features. With the "/" command, you can incorporate Normal Text, Topics, Bulleted lists, Checklists, and Headings of your choice.
- Format text according to your preferences.
- Add Dividers to structure the content.
- Create Tasks as needed and you can associate them with the required workspace and boards.
- Mention individuals within the meetings using the "@" symbol.

Note: Previously, after scheduling a meeting, editing topics or the meeting template was unavailable. Now, it's possible to select a different template even after scheduling.
