How to change user status, from user to Super User in Profit.co?

Profit.co allows you to elevate an employee into Super User to achieve business objectives and head management within the organization.

Why this feature?

  • This feature allows you to designate an employee as a Super User to administer the duties of the organization.
  • You can assign any employee as a Super User with their existing role, job title, and grade. 
  • This facilitates hassle-free workforce management within the organization.

Note:  Only Super Users can designate an employee as a Super User.

Step 1

Navigate to Settings → User Management → Active user from the left navigation panel.

In the Active Users page, click on the  icon to Update user information.

For instance, let’s assign Tom Holland as a Super User.

Step 2

An Update User panel will appear, scroll down to Profit Access Information. Click on the Role menu and select Super User from the drop down menu.

You can Enable the User can proxy for all users toggle if needed. Once done, click on the Update button.

The employee will be assigned as a Super User.
