How to Edit the Milestone Sequence in Reflect/Reset OKRs?

Profit.co allows you to edit the Milestone sequence of KRs during the Reset OKR process.

Why this feature?

Profit.co allows you to Reflect/Reset the important and successful OKRs from the preceding quarters. Earlier in the Reset process of OKRs you could not edit/change the Milestone sequence, but now Profit.co allows you to modify the milestone KRs sequence based on your requirements.

Step 1

Navigate to OKRs → All My OKRs from the left navigation panel.

On the All My OKRs page, select the OKR that you want to Reflect/Reset. Here the Objective ”Increase visibility of the new product through marketing campaigns” is selected.

Step 2

In the Reflect/Reset page, you will find the selected OKR with the Reflect and Reset button separately on the right side. Click the Reset button.

Step 3

You can reset the OKRs by making the necessary changes to the Objectives and Key Results.

Step 4

In the Milestone Tracked KeyResult “Establish successful marketing campaigns”, Click on the Modify & Continue option to modify the Milestone sequence of that Key result.

Step 5

Edit the Milestone Sequence based on your requirement and click Reset.

Step 6

The OKR will be reflected in the All My OKRs Page, with the Updated changes.
