What are the Actual Vs Planned values in Profit.co?
Category: OKRs
At Profit.co the key result progress is calculated according to the planned and actual check-in value including the Target Date.
Why this feature?
- The planned value represents the target you've set to complete within a specific time frame.
- The actual check-in value reflects your actual progress. By comparing these, you can determine your current standing and adjust your pace to achieve your target.
Step 1
For instance, let’s say that you create a key result using Increase KPI.
Set check-in frequency as Every Friday, and it's a Quarterly KR.
Step 2
The key result will be created.
Click on the More icon to view the key result.
In the view page of the key result, you will find the check-in board that displays the Plan and Actual values every Friday of the quarter.
The planned value counts every Friday in a quarter from July to September 2024, which will be the value calculated for 13 Fridays. So planned values will be mentioned as 13 plots in the graph.
Step 3
For instance, let’s consider that we have already done 8 check-ins on Fridays.
Considering 06 September 2024 is the 9th check-in we have done.
The Plan value is 247, and the Actual value is 240.
