How do I review my org's OKRs quickly?

Profit.co allows you to review your organization’s OKRs quickly from a single window.

Why this feature?

By using this feature, the users can now review the OKRs of the employees in the organization instantly.

Users can also add Comments, PPP (Plan, Progress, and Problems), and Reviewers to the OKRs in the employee review.

Note: Only Super Users can enable the access for Employee Review.

Step 1

On the All OKRs page, Click on the ellipsis icon, Under this click on the Reviews option in the right corner of the overview page.

Step 2

Once you click on the Reviews button, a side panel will appear.

In the Reviews: you can add your Comments, PPP, and add Reviewers if needed for the review. Once done, click Submit.

Once you have submitted the review, the review will be displayed in the OKR Review section.

The user can select any review from the Review Panel to view the Review Information as displayed below.
