How to build a matrix radio question for a performance review in Profit.co?

Profit.co allows users to customize questions for the Performance Review.

Why this Feature?

By using this feature you can now build your performance review questions using Matrix radio question support. In a performance review/survey, the matrix radio question type is useful where you have several multiple-choice questions or statements, all with the same set of possible answers or different sets of answers.

Note: Only Super Users can customize the review questions.

Step 1

Navigate to Settings → Performance → Reviews from the left navigation panel.

On the Review page, switch to the Question Template tab and choose the question template you want to edit.

Step 2

In the Question Template page, drag & drop the Matrix Radio button from the right side palette menu and create multiple-choice questions of your choice in the performance review of the question builder.

Step 3

To give a title to your question, click on the attribute, you will be navigated to the Inspector tab, and provide a name for the question in the Name field.

Step 4

To change the label of the Question and the Value field, click on the Configure button under the Inspector tab.

Add the question and the Value in the necessary field and click on Update.

The configured question will be updated in the question builder page.

Step 5

Also, you can insert attributes to your question by clicking the Insert Attribute below button.

Under the performance review, you can view the newly created Matrix radio question.
