How to show the Peers' feedback to employees immediately or after a review is completed?

You can now view your peer feedback given by other employees in  Profit. co.

Why this feature?

  • Showing feedback immediately helps employees act on the insights right away, promoting continuous improvement and fostering real-time development.
  • Delaying feedback until after the review process provides time for reflection, ensuring that feedback is reviewed in a structured, confidential manner without distractions.

Note: Only Superusers can perform this action.

Step 1

Navigate to Settings → Performance → Reviews from the left navigation panel.

Edit the required review.

Step 2

Switch to the Review Process tab and edit the Peer Assessment review.

Step 3

You can configure Who can view the Peer Assessments by choosing Visibility for Self, External Reviewer, Matrix, Manager, and Secondary Reviewer.
