Enable in Settings
Go to Settings → Integrations → Connectors and enable the Slack toggle. Only Super Users can connect integrations — check with your Profit.co admin if you don’t see this option.

Authorise with Slack OAuth
Click Connect to Slack and complete the OAuth authorisation flow. Select the Slack workspace you want to connect and approve the required permissions. The connection is encrypted and secure.

Configure Notifications
Choose which event types trigger Slack alerts, map Profit.co users to their Slack accounts, and assign channels for team notifications. Check-in alerts are active immediately — no restart needed.
