Update task status from within Teams using the mytask command. Select tasks from your Profit.co account, change their status, and submit — changes appear in Profit.co in real time, visible to your whole team.
Pending Actions & Alerts
View your Profit.co Action Center directly inside Teams using the Pendingaction command. Action Center items also post automatically to your Teams chat on a daily summary cadence — enabled by your Super User in Settings.

Install from the Teams App Store
Open Microsoft Teams, click the Apps icon in the left menu, and search for Profit.co. Select it and add it — the Profit.co icon appears in your left menu bar straight away. Super User access in Profit.co is required to enable the integration for your organisation.

Log in with your Profit.co credentials
Click the Profit.co icon to open the chat window. Type Login and press Enter. If you have multiple accounts, select the right one — otherwise Profit.co logs you in automatically. You only need to do this once.

Check in your first OKR
Type check-in in the chat and press Enter. Select your OKR level, choose your objective and key result, enter your progress value and status, and click Submit. Your check-in syncs to Profit.co instantly.

Yes. Profit.co has a native Microsoft Teams app available directly from the Teams App Store. No third-party middleware is required — you install it once from the Teams Apps menu and the integration is live across your whole account.
Yes. Once Profit.co is installed and you are logged in, type “check-in” in the Profit.co chat window inside Teams. You’ll be guided to select your OKR level, objective, and key result — then submit your progress value, status, and comments in one step.
Profit.co posts action notifications directly into your Teams chat — covering check-in reminders, task completion alerts, OKR update summaries, pending actions, and performance review prompts. You can also enable a daily Action Center summary that posts automatically to your Teams chat. A Super User enables this via Settings → General → Notification → Summary.
Yes. Type “mytask” in the Profit.co chat inside Teams. Your tasks from Profit.co will appear with a status dropdown. Select the new status, add any details, and click Submit — the update is reflected immediately in your Profit.co account and visible to your team.
