Open Outlook and click the ellipsis icon on any email. Select Get Add-Ins, search for “Profit.co,” and click Add. Accept the terms and the add-in installs instantly to your mailbox.

Sign In with O365
Click the Profit.co icon in the Outlook sidebar and sign in using the Office 365 credentials linked to your Profit.co account. Your account connects in seconds — no additional configuration needed.

Use the Add Task button to convert emails into Profit.co tasks, or click the check-in icon to update pending OKRs. Overdue items surface automatically in the sidebar every time you open Outlook.

Yes. The Profit.co Outlook Add-In is available directly through the Microsoft AppSource marketplace. It installs into Outlook with no third-party tools or developer setup required — simply search for “Profit.co” in the Get Add-Ins menu.
Yes. Once signed in, pending OKR check-ins appear in the Profit.co sidebar inside Outlook. You can update your progress value, change the status, and submit the check-in — all without opening a new tab or logging into a separate platform.
The add-in reads the subject line of emails to auto-populate task titles when you create a Profit.co task. It does not read or store email body content. Profit.co surfaces your OKR and task data inside Outlook — it does not send any Outlook data externally beyond what you explicitly submit.
