Enable in Settings
Navigate to Settings → Meetings, open the General tab, and enable the Outlook Calendar Sync toggle. Only Super Users can enable this — check with your Profit.co admin if you don’t see the option.

Install Profit.co Meetings
From Microsoft AppSource, sign in with your Microsoft account and install the Profit.co Meetings app, or install it from Preferences → Integrations. Accept the permissions prompt to link your account securely.

Set your conferencing platform
In the Meeting Preferences panel, enable the Microsoft Teams toggle, add your meeting URL, and click Save. Meetings scheduled in Profit.co now sync straight to your Outlook Calendar.

Profit.co syncs calendar events including meeting title, date, time, and duration, along with your free and busy availability. Microsoft Teams conferencing links are generated and attached to synced meetings.
Yes. When you enable Microsoft Teams in your Meeting Preferences, Profit.co can generate a Teams meeting link automatically for each scheduled meeting, which you join directly from either calendar.
