Enable in Settings
Go to Settings → Integrations → Connectors in your Profit.co account and enable the Office 365 authentication toggle. Only Super Users can activate authentication integrations — check with your Profit.co admin if you don’t see this option.

Click “Login with Office 365”
On the Profit.co login page, select the Office 365 sign-in option. You’ll be redirected to Microsoft’s authentication screen — enter your Office 365 email and password to verify your identity.

Complete your profile setup
On first sign-in, fill in your business details and click Get Started. Your Profit.co account is now permanently linked to your Office 365 identity — future sign-ins take one click.

Yes. Profit.co includes a native Office 365 sign-in option available directly on the login page. Your team can authenticate using their existing Microsoft credentials — no third-party middleware or separate configuration is needed for standard SSO login.
Yes. On the Profit.co login page, click “Login with Office 365” and authenticate with your Microsoft email and password. After granting permission, complete your business profile and click Get Started — your Profit.co account is linked to your Office 365 identity from that point forward.
Profit.co uses your Office 365 email address and authentication token to verify your identity. Your display name is pulled to populate your Profit.co profile automatically. No password is stored in Profit.co — authentication is handled entirely by Microsoft’s OAuth infrastructure.
Yes. In addition to the standard Office 365 OAuth login, Profit.co also supports a SAML-based SSO configuration for Office 365, available for enterprise accounts that require SAML authentication. See the Office 365 SAML integration page for full setup details.
The Office 365 sign-in integration is available on all Profit.co plans. You can explore it during your free 30 days trial — no credit card is required to get started.
For basic Office 365 sign-in, individual users can authenticate themselves without IT involvement. For org-wide SSO enforcement or SAML configuration, a Profit.co Super User role and Office 365 admin access are required to complete the setup.
Yes. Any team member with a valid Office 365 account in your Microsoft tenant can sign into Profit.co using the Office 365 option on the login page. The integration is configured at the user level, so each team member connects their own Microsoft identity independently.
Yes. Profit.co is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. Authentication with Office 365 uses Microsoft’s secure OAuth protocol — no passwords are transmitted to or stored in Profit.co. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Review the full security overview at profit.co/data-security.
