What is the use of Leaderboard?

Profit.co offers the capability to monitor and record the points distributed to and earned by employees within an organization, allowing you to easily identify the leader on the leaderboard.

Why this feature?

  • By tracking employee points, Profit.co enables real-time recognition of top performers, motivating the workforce and fostering a culture of excellence.

Step 1

Navigate to Recognition → Leaderboard from the left navigation panel.

You can filter the Leaderboard by Department, and even customize the date range

Step 2

To view the points received from and given to others, simply click on the employee's name, and it will be displayed in a chart format.

You can award points to employees on the leaderboard by simply clicking the Recognize button.

You can add the points by clicking on the + Add Points icon or by clicking the + button.
