OKR Management
- Improved Milestone Sequence Editing Behavior in OKRs: In the milestone editing screen within OKRs, the button previously labeled “Update” has now been renamed to “Proceed” to avoid confusion in the save process.
- OKR Progress Presentation Enhancement – Maintain Selected OKRs in PPT: When you download a PPT with a set of selected OKRs, the system now retains your selection. The next time you download the same presentation, the previously selected OKRs will automatically be available, saving you the hassle of re-selecting them. To enable this feature, simply check the box “Save this selection for future downloads” when making your selection.
- Automate the Check-in Reports from the Tool – Email Notification: You can now customize columns across all 17 OKR Cockpit table charts. Easily select and arrange the columns you want to see, creating a more personalized and efficient data review experience.
- Saved Views – Download, Present, and Export in Saved View: With the new Saved Views feature, users can now download presentations, expand or collapse sections, edit, share, and manage saved views, along with additional options such as removing from favorites or deleting views. This makes it easier to handle presentations and OKR progress efficiently.
- Initiatives Enable/Disable Toggle in Settings: The Enable/Disable toggle for initiatives has now been implemented on the Settings page of the app. Admins can easily turn initiatives on or off by toggling the switch beside each initiative. This change enables you to quickly manage the activation and deactivation of initiatives without needing to navigate through multiple screens.
- Enable File Attachments in OKR Check-Ins: Users can now upload files directly in the check-in comment box while adding progress updates to their Key Results.
- Progress Tracking for Sequential Milestones: A new milestone type—Sequential with Partial Progress has been introduced to enhance flexibility in tracking milestone-based Key Results.

- Filter Option and Layout Enhancement in Dependency View The Dependency section under Task View now includes a filter option, along with a refreshed layout for better usability.
Portfolios and Projects
- Option to Add Users to Resource Types from the Configuration Page Users can now assign members to a Resource Type directly while creating it from the configuration page, eliminating the need to navigate to user management separately.
- Delayed Task Breakdown Widget in Cockpit A new standard widget, Delayed Task Breakdown, has been introduced in the Cockpit to help users track overdue tasks more effectively.

Performance Management
- Borderline adjustments in 9 Box Matrix A new section, “Axis Split Configuration,” is now available in the Performance Settings, allowing you to customize how the 9-box matrix is segmented.
- Retain All Review Responses with “Use previous review as the starting point for new review” Toggle The “Use previous review as the starting point for new review” toggle now retains comments and ratings across all components, including Q&A, in addition to OKRs, Goals, and Competencies.
- Competency Panel Now Hidden When Toggle is Disabled in Review Template The competency section will now be automatically hidden during the review process if the Competency toggle is disabled in the Basic Process settings of the template.
- Scoring Buckets Page Auto-Hides When All Weighted Sections Are Disabled In review templates, the Scoring Buckets step will now be hidden if all weighted components — OKRs, Goals, Competencies, Tasks – are disabled.
- Cust Commit: ACWA | Objective Library – Download in Excel You can now export your Goals Library to a CSV file for easier sharing, review, and offline access.
- New Dropdown Rating Option for Overall Review Rating A new dropdown-style rating scale has been added under the Rating Appearance settings in performance. This dropdown behaves similarly to the slider scale (1 to 5 with labels) but offers a clean, click-to-select experience.
