OKR Management

  • Improved Milestone Sequence Editing Behavior in OKRs: In the milestone editing screen within OKRs, the button previously labeled “Update” has now been renamed to “Proceed” to avoid confusion in the save process.
  • OKR Progress Presentation Enhancement – Maintain Selected OKRs in PPT: When you download a PPT with a set of selected OKRs, the system now retains your selection. The next time you download the same presentation, the previously selected OKRs will automatically be available, saving you the hassle of re-selecting them. To enable this feature, simply check the box “Save this selection for future downloads” when making your selection.
  • Automate the Check-in Reports from the Tool – Email Notification: You can now customize columns across all 17 OKR Cockpit table charts. Easily select and arrange the columns you want to see, creating a more personalized and efficient data review experience.
  • Saved Views – Download, Present, and Export in Saved View: With the new Saved Views feature, users can now download presentations, expand or collapse sections, edit, share, and manage saved views, along with additional options such as removing from favorites or deleting views. This makes it easier to handle presentations and OKR progress efficiently.
  • Initiatives Enable/Disable Toggle in Settings: The Enable/Disable toggle for initiatives has now been implemented on the Settings page of the app. Admins can easily turn initiatives on or off by toggling the switch beside each initiative. This change enables you to quickly manage the activation and deactivation of initiatives without needing to navigate through multiple screens.
  • Enable File Attachments in OKR Check-Ins: Users can now upload files directly in the check-in comment box while adding progress updates to their Key Results.
  • Progress Tracking for Sequential Milestones: A new milestone type—Sequential with Partial Progress has been introduced to enhance flexibility in tracking milestone-based Key Results.
