How to set assignment approach to create Key Results ?

Profit.co provides an option to Assign a Key Result as a Key Result / Sub key Results in the assignment approach of the Top-Down Alignment.

Why this Feature?

By using this feature, you can directly assign a Key Result as a Key Result itself or as a Sub Key Result instead of switching to Settings to change the default options.

Note: Only Super User has access to settings for Alignments.

To know how to keep the Key Result progress as default follow the below steps,

Step 1

Navigate to Settings → OKRs → Alignments & Dependencies from the left menu.

Enable the Toggle to Assign a key result as a key result / Sub key results as a Default option.

Note: Only Super Users can set the Assignment approach as default.

By enabling the toggle, The selected Assignment Approach will be automatically set as the default Alignment while creating a new Key Result.
