Enable Google Calendar Sync
Go to Settings → Meetings → General and enable the Google Calendar sync toggle. Only Super Users can configure this — check with your Profit.co admin if you don’t see this option.

Install from Google Workspace Marketplace
Log in to your Google account and search for “Profit for OKR Meetings” in the Google Workspace Marketplace. Install the app and grant the required permissions to complete the connection.

Schedule Meetings with Availability
From Profit.co’s Meetings page, click Check Availability to see open slots against your team’s Google Calendar, then schedule. Every meeting you create syncs automatically to Google Calendar — and vice versa.
