How to set stretch targets for your key results in Profit.co?

Profit.co allows you to set stretch targets for your key results and track them.

Why this feature?

  • Stretch targets can be the perfect motivation for a team that needs productivity.
  • Stretch targets are often ambitious because they're directly linked to your company's mission.

Step 1

While creating a key result using Increase/Decrease KPI, select the Stretch Target button enter the target value, and select Create.

Note: Stretch target is available only for Increase/Decrease KPI.

Step 2

Once the key result is created the stretch target value will be added to the check-in slider and the user can progress there.
