Enable in Settings
Go to Settings → Integrations → Connectors and enable the Azure AI toggle. Only Super Users can enable integrations — check with your Profit.co admin if you don’t see this option.

Connect with your Azure credentials
Head to Preferences → Integrations and click “Connect to Azure AI.” Enter your Azure Subscription ID, Resource Group, and API key. Profit.co securely authenticates and reads your configured AI services.

Map a metric to a Key Result
When creating a Key Result, select “Automate Check-in” and choose Azure AI from the dropdown. Pick your service, metric type, and filter parameters — Profit.co pulls live data every time you check in.

Yes. The Azure AI integration is built directly into the Profit.co platform. You authenticate via your Azure Subscription ID and API credentials — no third-party middleware is required. Profit.co connects directly to Azure AI services including Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, and Azure Cognitive Services.
Yes. Once connected, select “Automate Check-in” on any Key Result and point it to an Azure AI service and metric. Profit.co will pull the latest data every time you trigger a check-in — or you can schedule automatic check-ins to run daily or weekly.
Profit.co reads model performance metrics (accuracy, F1, AUC), API usage data (request volume, token consumption, error rates), and resource utilisation metrics (cost, latency, throughput) from Azure AI services. These map to Increase KPI, Decrease KPI, and Percentage KPI key result types.
The Azure AI integration supports three key result types: Increase KPI (e.g. raise model accuracy from 85% to 95%), Decrease KPI (e.g. reduce inference latency from 500ms to 150ms), and Percentage KPI (e.g. track API adoption rate across teams). These cover the most common AI programme OKR scenarios.
The Azure AI integration is included in all Profit.co paid plans. You can explore it during your free 30-days trial — no credit card required to start. Your Azure consumption costs are governed by your Azure subscription separately.
No developer is required for setup. You’ll need your Azure Subscription ID, Resource Group name, and an API key from your Azure portal — all retrievable without code. You’ll also need Super User access in Profit.co. The full setup takes under 10 minutes.
Yes. The Azure AI integration is configured at the User Level, so individual team members — MLOps engineers, data scientists, product managers — can each connect their own Azure credentials to track the specific resources they own.
