How do I create a Key Result using Control KPI?
Category: OKRs
Profit.co allows you to create a key result using Control KPI and measure the progress.
Why this feature?
- Control KPIs help you keep track of the Key Result by letting you apply upper and lower limits to make your KPIs move between the limited yet focused limits to achieve your key results on time.
- It streamlines progress, ensures timely achievement, and maintains focus.
To Create a Key Result using the Control KPI follow the below steps:
Navigate to the OKR in the list view where you want to create the key result.
Below the new Objective or in an existing OKR click on the + Add a new key result option to create a new Key Result.
On the Metric Based section, Select the Key Result Type (At Most, At Least, In Between).
Select the required KPI for the Key Result, and enter the Limit. Finally, click on Create.
The newly created Key Result will appear on the OKR page.
