How do I enable OKRs ranking?

Profit.co allows you to rank the OKRs based on the employee's progress across the year. The organization can recognize and reward the employee's achievements via OKR Ranking.

Why this feature?

  • OKR Ranking applies to individual Objectives and Key Results/ Sub Key Results as well as the Corporate, Department, and Team OKRs.
  • Employee OKR achievement can now be ranked, and OKR ranking can be used to reward employees who achieve high achievement levels.

Step 1

Navigate to Settings → OKRs → Authoring → General from the left navigation panel. Scroll down to OKR Ranking and enable OKR Ranking toggle.

Step 2

Once OKR Ranking is enabled, the OKRs will be ranked based on the performance percentage.

Navigate to the OKRs → All OKRs page to view the OKR Ranking. The ranking will be displayed for Objectives and Individual Key Results, as shown below.
