How to add Reviewers to my PPP during OKR Review?

Profit.co allows you to add reviewers to your PPP OKR Review.

Why this feature?

  • By using this feature you can add reviewers to your PPP (Plan, Progress, problem) OKR Review in Profit.co 
  • You can conduct an OKR review to go through your progress and performance by analyzing, planning, resolving, or eliminating issues.

Step 1

Click the ellipsis icon on the My Department OKRs page and select the Reviews option.

Step 2

Click on the Add icon to + Create Review.

 

You can click on the Reviewers box to add reviewers.

Step 3

Search and select the employees whom you want to add as reviewers, and click Add.

Once done, click Submit. 

The newly added review will be displayed in the OKR Review section. The user and reviewers can select the review to view the Review Information.
