How to create key results for the team objective using a step-by-step guide?

To create Key results for a team’s objectives you must be part of the team.

Login to your Profit account. From the left navigation panel, select OKRs → My Departments' OKRs 

You will be directed to the My Teams OKRs: Sales page.

For inference, let’s say you are part of the sales team and want to add a key result - Increase Account Renewals from 55% to 75% in the first quarter 2020 for your team’s objective Increase recurring revenue.

Click on Add a new key result link below the objective.

Click on Step by step guide. You will be directed to the Add Key Result page.

• Select Increase KPI in What do you want to do? section.
• Click Next
• In What do you want to change? section, select Account Renewals KPI.
• Click Next. See how to create a new KPI.
• Enter the From (Current) value - 55 and To (target) value 75 in the Increase Account Renewals section.
• Click Next.
• In When do you want that accomplished? section select your target date - Q1-2020.
• Click Next.
• In Any other context you want to add? section,
• Your key result name Increase Account Renewals from 55% to 75% will be auto-generated in the Key Result Name field (modifiable or customizable).
• You can give extra details about your Key Result in Provide further context field.
• Click Next.
• In How often do you want to update status? section.
• Select your check-in frequency - Every Wednesday. 
• Click Complete.

Your key result Increase Account Renewals from 55% to 75% is created for the objective Increase recurring revenue.
