How to define weights at competency group level in Profit.co?

In Profit.co when you create competency groups, you can define weights for competency groups and OKRs in the scoring buckets.

Why this feature?

This feature helps assign weights among the different levels of the competency group based on the organization's priority. You can plan and perform your tasks according to the weights assigned to each competency.

Step 1

Go to Settings → Performance → Review Template. Edit the Review template where you want to make the changes.

Step 2

Enable the toggle for Scoring Buckets and edit the Competencies.

Once the weight is applied for Competencies, you can further choose to distribute the weights for each competency group.

The applied weights for each competency group can further be overridden at grade level.
