Any SQL query you write in Profit.co runs against your Snowflake warehouse and returns a single numeric value. That value maps directly to Increase KPI, Decrease KPI, or Control KPI key result types.
Warehouse & Database Objects
Profit.co connects to your Snowflake account using your Account Name and chosen authentication method, giving it access to any database, schema, or table your credentials permit. Scope is controlled entirely by the SQL query you write.
Sync Frequency & On-demand Updates
Profit.co automatically re-runs your SQL query every 24 hours and updates the check-in value. You can also trigger a manual check-in at any time to pull the current warehouse value on demand.

Enable in Settings
Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Business Level and click the Snowflake Manage button. Only Super Users can configure Business Level integrations — check with your Profit.co admin if you don’t see this option.

Authenticate your Snowflake account
On the Connect to Snowflake page, enter your Connection Name and Snowflake Account Name. Choose your authentication method — Username & Password or Username & RSA Key — enter your credentials, and click Connect.

Map it to a Key Result
Create a Key Result and select Automate Check-in. Choose Snowflake from the connection dropdown, enter the SQL query whose result should drive progress, then click Add. Profit.co runs the query every 24 hours automatically.

Yes. Snowflake is configured at the Business Level, meaning one administrator connects the Snowflake account for the whole organisation. Individual team members do not need to connect separately — they select the shared Snowflake connection when automating their key results.
