What is the role of feeds in Profit.co?

Profit. co provides an option to share your information with others using the News Feed option.

Why this feature?

  • By using this feature you can share and exchange news, thoughts, ideas, data, and work-related messages through a newsfeed.
  • Users can use the @Mentions tab to tag a user and allot a specific work or task to them through the news feed.
  • The My Posts tab lets you save your thoughts and ideas which act as a reminder for users.
  • Users can award their peers for their achievements on OKRs in the Newsfeed and collaborate.
  • The Newsfeed allows you to see the most recent OKR check-ins from My Teams, Management, and Aligned OKRs along with Watched OKRs, and KPIs.

Step 1

Navigate to Home from the left navigation panel.

On the Home page, you can able to view the Feed option.

Step 2

In the Feed section, you can recognize your colleagues by awarding them points, mentioning them with an @ symbol, and even uploading an image to accompany your greetings. Additionally, you can make any announcements you need to share with the team.

You can categorize posts by different filters such as All, @mentions, Recognition, My Posts, and Announcements, allowing you to easily view content based on your preferences.

You also have the option to react to posts and add comments to them as well.
