Calibration is designed for HR Super Users and designated calibration group members. Individual contributors and managers see their own review data but not the calibration curve or other employees’ scores, keeping the process confidential and fair.
Yes. Calibrated scores appear in the Review Summary alongside the manager rating and self-assessment. You can filter the bell curve by specific review cycles and compare scores based on real OKR performance data from the same period.
Calibration group members can adjust scores right up until the review is finalized. If performance data changes before the review closes, the bell curve updates to show the new distribution so targeted and actual scores always stay current.
