What is Priority Levels for Objectives and Key Results?
Priority Levels is a configurable field enabled under Planning settings that lets teams tag Objectives, Key Results, and Sub Key Results with a priority, and sort OKR lists by that value. Admins control which priority levels exist, whether the field is mandatory, and what the default value is.
You can remove a previously selected priority at any time using the X Clear option in the priority field, available during both creation and editing. This option does not appear when priority is configured as mandatory, so a mandatory field always keeps a value.

How It Works
Step 1
- Navigate to Settings → OKRs → Planning → Priorities.
- Enable the toggle.
Step 2
- Optionally make the priority field mandatory.
- Create new priority levels.
- Set a default priority.
- Assign a priority to any Objective, Key Result, or Sub Key Result.
- Open the Priority field while creating or editing an Objective or Key Result
- Select X Clear next to the currently assigned priority to remove it
- Navigate to OKRs → List View and locate the Objective or Key Result
- Click the existing priority value, or the - placeholder if none is set, in the Priority column
- Select the required priority from the dropdown to apply it immediately
