How to create OKR Ranking Set?

Profit.co provides an option to create a new ranking set for the OKRs.
Why this feature?
- In a Ranking Set, we can create a group of OKR Ranks with the Achievement Cut off and group it separately.
- While creating Objectives and Key Results we can select the newly created Ranking Set.
Step 1
Navigate to Settings → OKRs → Authoring → General from the left navigation panel. Scroll down to OKR Ranking
Enable the toggle “Define Ranking Sets”.
Click on the + Create icon to create a new OKR Ranking Set.
Enable OKR Ranking with two visibility options:
- Show OKR rank to all users – OKR rankings will be visible to everyone in the organization.
- Show OKR rank only to the user and their manager – OKR rankings will remain private, visible only to the individual and their manager.

Step 2
In this Ranking Set, you can create new OKR Ranks including the Achievement Cut Off Percentage. Finally, click Create.
The newly created Ranking set will appear below.
Note: Click on the icon to edit and make changes in the Ranking set. If you want to delete click on the
icon.
Step 3
While creating new Objectives and Key Results you can select the newly created Ranking Set.
