Power Productivity with New Features in Profit.co:
Plan (OKRs, BSC, and Strategy Roadmaps)
- Export Reports as PDFs: A new enhancement now allows users to export OKR reports as PDFs from both Saved Views and the OKR List View, ensuring quick access to shareable, ready-to-present reports.
- Manage KRs Directly in Bowler Chart View: A new enhancement in the Bowler Chart View now allows users to create, edit, delete, and access more options directly within the chart, just like in the List.
- Warning Message When Moving Key Results: A new safeguard has been introduced in the OKR module to display a warning message when users attempt to move a Key Result (KR) to another Objective. This ensures users are aware of the potential impact before making structural changes.
- New trend charts in the OKR Cockpit: Two new trend charts, OKR Status Trend and On-Time Check-in Users Rate Trend, have been added to the OKR Cockpit under the Unilever Program Governance section.
- Control KPI Check-in Graph Now Updates with Modified Plan Values: We have enhanced the Control KPI behavior to ensure that when users update the Plan (Target) value, the check-in graph automatically reflects the latest plan, providing an accurate visual representation of KPI progress.
- Objectives by Department in OKR Cockpit: A new chart titled “Objectives by Department” has been added to the OKR Cockpit, providing a clear overview of how objectives are distributed across departments.
- Objectives per Department” Updated in OKR Cockpit: The “Objectives per Department” widget in the OKR Cockpit has been renamed to “Departments Within and Outside Recommended Objective Range” for improved clarity and better representation of its purpose.
PROCESS(Tasks, PPM, Timesheets, Notes, Meetings)
- New Dependency Type: “Linked” in Tasks: A new dependency type called “Linked” has been added to the Task module, in addition to the existing “Waiting On” and “Blocking” types. This gives users more flexibility in connecting related tasks.
- Project Health Status in PPM Settings: A new Project Health feature has been introduced in the PPM (Project Portfolio Management) settings, allowing organizations to track the overall health of their in-progress projects visually.
- Alert Popup When Editing Meeting Templates: When organizers edit a meeting and apply a new meeting template, Profit.co now displays a confirmation alert before overwriting existing topics.
- Schedule Meetings Without Participants: Users can now schedule meetings without adding participants in Profit.co.This enhancement allows individuals to create meetings purely for calendar blocking or personal planning purposes.
- Approval Flow for Task Updates: A new toggle, “Task Updation Approval,” has been added to the Task module, allowing organizations to control and approve changes made by task assignees.
- Download Financial Summary: A new export option has been added to the Budget tab on the PPM Financial page, allowing users to download financial data for offline analysis.
PEOPLE(PMS, Goals, Development Plans, Recognition, Survey)
- Manager Overall Rating Visibility Option: A new toggle, “Show Manager Overall Rating to Self”, has been introduced in the Performance Management System (PMS) Settings.
- In-App & Email Notifications for Automated Recognition Posts: Users will now receive in-app and email notifications for automated recognition posts, such as work anniversaries and birthdays.
- Rating Grid Allow 2×2 Matrix: In PMS, the Rating Grid settings have been updated to allow users to set the starting value using a 2×2 matrix, offering more flexibility in performance evaluations.
- PMS Admin Access to Edit/Delete Past Goals: In PMS, the Goals Settings has been enhanced so that PMS Admins can now edit or delete past goals even when the toggle “Allow Users to Edit/Delete Previous Quarter Goals” is disabled. Previously, only Super Users had this access.
Enhancements
- Improved Drag & Drop Handling for OKRs: A new enhancement now allows users to drag and drop Key Results, Sub Key Results, and Child Objectives from one objective to another, making OKR management more flexible and intuitive.
- Configuration option in the Overall Comment Box for Managers: A new configuration option is now available in the Performance Management System (PMS) to make the Manager Overall Comment field optional.
- Differentiate Users Using Colors in Check Availability: Profit.co meetings now display each participant’s profile color when checking availability, making it easier to identify schedules at a glance.
- Export Cockpit as PDF: A new enhancement now allows users to export OKR reports as PDFs from the Cockpit, ensuring quick access to shareable, ready-to-present reports.
- Unified Labels for OKR Alignment Options: We have updated the alignment labels in OKRs to make alignment choices clearer and more intuitive. The previous option “Align/Unalign” is now replaced with two distinct alignment actions:
- Align To – “Align your OKRs to contribute progress to other OKRs”
- Align From – “Align others’ OKRs to contribute progress to your OKRs”
- Latest Objective Check-in Comment Now Visible in Table View: We have enhanced the Objective table view to display the latest check-in comment whenever users update the objective status with a comment. Previously, these comments were not reflected in the “Latest Check-in Comment” column.
- CC and BCC Support in Email Notifications: We have introduced CC and BCC fields for all email notifications in the PPM and Task modules, giving users more flexibility in communication and visibility.
- Numeric Slider Change: In PMS, the Rating Appearance for Numeric Slider has been enhanced. Previously, numeric ratings automatically displayed the average value. Now, users can choose how the numeric rating is displayed: Round Up, Round Down, or Round to Nearest, along with seeing the start and end values with their display names.
- Goals Master Layout – Standard Attributes Added: In PMS, the Goals Master Layout has been enhanced with 2 new standard attributes. By default, these attributes are disabled; users can enable them as needed.
