Color determination for a specific department in the Department Heatmap operates as follows:
Navigate to Settings → OKRs → Dashboard from the left navigation panel to customize the Color and the OKR Progress Cutoff for the Department Heatmap.
Make the necessary changes and click Update.
The color of a particular department's progress in the Department Heatmap is determined by a formula:
Consider the Finance Department. The Planned value is 86%, and the Actual value is 15%.
Hence, according to the formula, (15/86) * 100 = 17.44. The OKR Progress Cut-Off lies between 0 - 20, hence the color code for the Marketing department is .
