How to change the assignment approach for the Key Results?

Profit.co provides an option to change the assignment approach by assigning a Key Result as Objective or Key Result / Sub key Results in the Alignment.

Why this Feature?

By using this feature, the Objective owner can directly change the Assignment Approach of the Key results.

Step 1

To change the assignment approach of any key result, Navigate to the All My OKRs page, click on the Assignee icon in a key result under the objective and change the Assignment Approach.

Step 2

One other way is to click on the Edit page of the Key Result and change the Assignment Approach.

Note: We can't change the Assignment approach if the key result has been already assigned to the users.
