PLAN

OKR Management

• New “Modify Plan” Option Added to Control KPI for Incremental and Cumulative Modes

  The Control KPI now supports plan modification in both Incremental and cumulative tracking modes, allowing teams to adjust or refine planned values post-setup.

• Parent KR Check-In Status Improved for OOO Sub-KRs

  We’ve refined the Out of Office (OOO) logic to ensure that Parent Key Results are no longer incorrectly marked as due when their contributing Sub-KRs are owned by users who are on leave.

• Custom Fields in Objective &KR Filters

  We’ve enhanced the Objective filter options by adding support for custom fields.

• Saved View in OKR Progress Presentation

  We’ve improved the OKR Progress Presentation feature to make saved views easier to access.

PROCESS

• Request Stage Access Restrictions and Auto-move in PPM Requests

  We’ve introduced new access control and automation features for multi-stage request workflows in Portfolios & Projects. Users can now only access request stages as they are approved, and the system will automatically move the request to the next stage after approval – reducing manual steps and ensuring smoother progression.

• Display Project Source Type (Direct vs Request) in PPM

  We’ve enhanced project transparency in PPM by introducing a new “Project Source” indicator that identifies whether a project was created directly or converted from a request. This helps users instantly understand the origin of a project.

• Milestone Automatic Status Propagation & Tollgate Validation

  We’ve introduced a new automation feature for milestone tracking in Portfolios & Projects. Users can now enable automatic status updates for milestones based on progress, with an optional tollgate validation check before completion. This eliminates repetitive manual updates and ensures milestone status reflects actual progress.

PEOPLE

• Enhanced Axis Split Configuration in 9-Box Matrix (Min Limit Now 10%)

  To support more granular talent segmentation, the minimum split value in the 9-Box Matrix Axis Configuration has been reduced from 15% to 10%, based on customer feedback.

• New Export Option Added to HR Activity Logs

  To improve audit readiness and reporting, a new export option has been added to the Activity Log in the HR Administration section, allowing Admins to download log records for further analysis or compliance purposes.

• Automated Posts Now Included in Home Page Announcement Filters

  The announcement filter on the Home page now includes automated posts, ensuring full visibility of all communication types.

Enhancements

• Email Notification Customization for Awards & Reward Points

  We’ve enhanced the email notification customization options to give you more control when recognizing employees through awards and reward points.

• Privacy Options – Post Approval Flow Enhancement

  We’ve enhanced privacy controls in the Home Feed by introducing an approval flow for all posts.

• Filter & Sort by Risk Level in PPM

  We’ve enhanced the Risk & Issue page in PPM with new filtering and sorting capabilities.

• Risks & Issues Table in Project Status Report (PPTX)

  We’ve enhanced the Project Status Report download to include risk and issue details directly in the presentation.
