Power Productivity with New Features in Profit.co:

Plan (OKRs, BSC, and Strategy Roadmaps)

  • Unified View for Manual + Integration Check-ins: Previously, when a key result was integrated with a third-party system (e.g., Asana, Jira, HubSpot), any manual check-in comment you entered before the integration sync would automatically get moved to the Check-in Log.
  • Clear Separation of Parent KR & Sub-KR Comments: We’ve enhanced the OKR Master Layout to provide more flexibility and consistency in how custom fields are used across Objectives and Key Results.

When you add a custom field in the Objective check-in panel, you can now choose to share that field with Key Results using the new Shared Behaviour option in the Master Layout.

  • Direct Check-In & Latest Check-In Comments Now Available in OKR Progress Presentation: We’ve enhanced the OKR Progress Presentation with a new customization option. Previously, check-in comments such as Latest Check-In Comment and Direct Check-In Comment were available only in the table view. Now, these options can be included directly in your downloaded OKR Progress Presentations.
  • Add Objective Check-in Custom Fields to Key Results (and vice versa): Two new trend charts, OKR Status Trend and On-Time Check-in Users Rate Trend, have been added to the OKR Cockpit under the Unilever Program Governance section.
  • New Widgets in OKR Cockpit: We’ve added three new widgets to the OKR Cockpit to help organizations easily track user activity and engagement. These widgets give a clear picture of login patterns, department-wise activity, and overall user distribution.
  • Enhanced Reflect/Reset Notification and Accessibility: We’ve improved the availability and visibility of the Reset option for OKRs. Previously, the reset action was accessible only through the More Options menu on the View Details page. Now, the Reset function is easier to find and use across multiple areas.
  • Portfolio Progress: We’ve introduced a new Portfolio Progress metric to give clearer visibility into overall progress across projects and sub-portfolios.

PROCESS(Tasks, PPM, Timesheets, Notes, Meetings)

  • Introducing Trash and Restore Functionality for Tasks: We’ve introduced a new Trash and Restore feature within the Tasks module, giving users more control and flexibility over deleted items. Tasks that are deleted are no longer removed permanently — they’re moved to a Trash section for a defined retention period before being automatically deleted.
  • Introducing the Project Read-Only User Role: We’ve added a new “Project Read-Only User” role within the Members & Access section of Projects. This role gives organizations more granular control over project visibility and ensures the right people have access without the ability to edit or modify project data.
  • Tollgate PDF Download Now Shows Completed & Current Stages : We’ve added a new “Export Tollgates as PDF” option inside the project’s Tollgates section, giving users a clear snapshot of project stage progress. The exported PDF now includes all completed stages plus the current active stage, offering a precise and meaningful representation of project advancement.

PEOPLE(PMS, Goals, Development Plans, Recognition, Survey)

  • Accept & Reject Option for Goal Assignments: We have introduced a new Accept/Reject workflow for goal assignments to improve clarity, accountability, and communication between managers and employees.
  • Goal Type Configuration Added to Review Templates: We’ve introduced a new enhancement in the Performance Review Templates that allows HR teams to decide how goals should appear during performance reviews, either as a combined list or separated by goal types
  • Bulk Assign Option in PMS Goals: We’ve added a new Bulk Assign feature in PMS Goals to simplify goal assignment. Previously, managers had to assign goals individually to each employee, which was time-consuming for large teams.
  • Value Points in Recognition: We’ve added value-specific points in Recognition to make recognition more transparent and meaningful. Previously, points were only shown as a total, making it hard to see how each value contributed.
  • Word Cloud Chart – Survey Module: We’ve added a Word Cloud chart in the Survey module to help visualize open-text responses. Previously, users had to manually read each response to identify common themes.

Enhancements

  • Show Full Objective Hierarchy When Viewing Key Results: We have improved the OKR viewing experience by introducing full objective hierarchy visibility when opening a Key Result.
  • Improved Present View: All Objectives & Key Results on a Single Page: We’ve enhanced the Bowler Chart experience to make progress review easier and more visual.
  • Option to change tollgate sequence: You can now switch a project from one tollgate sequence to another without having to recreate or restart the project. This gives teams greater flexibility when project methodology or structure needs to be updated mid-cycle.
  • Restrict Goal Editing After the Authoring Window: To strengthen governance and ensure consistent performance cycles, Profit.co now restricts goal editing once the authoring window has closed. Previously, users were only prevented from creating new goals outside the allowed timeframe; now the same restriction applies to editing existing goals as well.
  • Export History Added to Award Export Options: We’ve introduced a new Export History option to strengthen visibility and auditability in the Awards module. This enhancement provides administrators with a complete record of all export actions performed from the Awards screen.
  • Activity Log Added Alongside Login History We have expanded the audit capabilities within User Management by adding a new Activity Log tab. This enhancement gives administrators complete visibility into user-related actions, improving transparency, security, and governance.
  • Enhanced OKR Custom Export Options We’ve introduced a new and simplified export experience in the OKR module. Previously, users could download only the standard export file. Now, you can choose from three flexible export views, allowing you to generate reports exactly the way you need.
  • ‘Include Lower Levels’ Toggle in Employee Progress Widget: We’ve enhanced the Employee Progress widget in the OKR Cockpit by introducing a new Include Lower Levels toggle. This improvement ensures better visibility and accurate progress tracking across hierarchical structures.
  • User Management Field – Filter Support: In HR Cockpit, a new filter option has been added to help you quickly find users based on management-level attributes such as employee email, job title, and more. In the future, review-related filters will also be included under this unified filter for easier access.
  • Access List Visibility Support for PMS HR Cockpit: We’ve enhanced folder creation in PMS HR Cockpit with Access List visibility. Previously, when creating a folder, you couldn’t set the visibility for a specific group of employees. Now, you can select specific employees or groups to control access, improving security and organizational clarity.
  • Enhanced Hover Card in Sent for Approval: We’ve added an improved hover card in the Sent for Approval section of Recognition to make approval tracking easier. Previously, users had to open each item to see approver details.
  • Performance Score Now Visible in Bowler Chart Reporting: We’ve added a new Performance Score display inside the Bowler Chart view. Previously, this score existed only in the backend, without any direct visibility for users. Now, it is fully available within the reporting interface.
