Yes. Any team member can see the execution model in use and understand how goals, KPIs, and initiatives relate. Only Super Users can change the model in Settings, so individuals work within the structure that leadership sets.
The execution model itself does not change automatically. Super Users select and lock the model in Settings. Once set, all new objectives, KPIs, and initiatives follow the chosen structure.
You can switch execution models anytime in Settings without losing existing data. Objectives, KPIs, and initiatives stay in place. You choose which structure best fits where your strategy is heading.
