OKR Management
- New Widgets: Departmental Hierarchy Progress Tracking: We’ve added two new widgets for better progress visibility: Parent and Sub-department Objective Progress and Parent and Sub-department Key Result Progress. The Objective Progress chart shows the progress of objectives at both parent and sub-department levels, while the Key Result Progress chart tracks progress for both parent departments and their sub-departments.
- Sequence Tracking in Gantt View: We’ve enhanced milestone tracking by adding a sequence view in the Gantt view for better visibility and management. You can now view the sequence of milestones and time tracking details directly within the Gantt view, improving the visual flow and efficiency. This enhancement allows you to track milestones and timelines in one intuitive workspace, streamlining project oversight.
- Unalign Option Next to Align for Improved Usability: To enhance usability, we’ve moved the Unalign option directly next to Align in the three-dots menu. This change allows users to quickly align or unalign items without navigating through multiple steps. By keeping related actions together, it improves efficiency and streamlines the workflow, saving time and reducing confusion.
- New KPI and Initiative Charts in Cockpit: We’ve added new charts in the Cockpit to give you a more detailed view of your KPI and Initiatives. These charts provide enhanced visibility, helping you track performance and make data-driven decisions, ensuring better alignment and progress toward your strategic goals.

Task Management
- Task Dashboard by Tag Chart in Workspace/Board Level: We’ve introduced a new Task Dashboard at the workspace level that visualizes tasks by tag in a chart format. The horizontal chart provides a clear view of task distribution based on specific tags, improving task tracking and management. This enhancement offers better insights into task progress and increases efficiency by helping you organize tasks at a workspace/board level.
- Sharing Workspace with Others: You can now easily share your workspace with others using the Copy Link option. Simply copy the link from the workspace and share it with team members or stakeholders. This feature improves collaboration, saves time by eliminating manual invitations, and ensures seamless access to the workspace for everyone involved.
- Implementation of notes module in workspace: The Notes module in Workspace allows users to create, organize, and collaborate on important insights, meeting summaries, and action items—all in one place. It helps teams capture and reference key information to drive alignment and productivity. Note: The Notes module must be enabled in Workspace settings to access its features.
- Automated Email Notifications for Task Approvals and Rejections: With this update, users will receive automated email notifications whenever a task assigned to them is either approved or rejected. These notifications include key details such as the task name, assignee name, assignor name, association name, and action center link. This enhancement ensures better visibility, faster communication, and helps users stay informed and take necessary follow-up actions promptly.
- Employee without Timesheets: A new section is added to the cockpit to display employees who have not created their timesheets within the specified time period. It helps managers identify gaps and take timely action for compliance and tracking.
- Project Template Revamp in PPM: We’ve simplified project setup into three steps: define project details, add milestones and tasks, and assign members with access. You can now set start and due dates for tasks using relative durations. The smart scheduling logic makes project planning faster and more flexible. Simply set the start and due dates based on relative days from the project’s start or task start date.
- Custom Project Request Stages Creation: You can now create custom request stages to better align with your project intake and evaluation process. In addition to the default stages (Pipeline, Analysis, Prioritization, Execution), you can now add and manage custom stages. This flexibility improves visibility and tracking throughout the project lifecycle, making the process more adaptable to your organization’s needs.
- Enhanced Sorting Options in Project Overview: We’ve improved the Project Overview page by displaying Start Date and End Date as separate columns for Milestones and Sub-Projects. This update enhances clarity, enabling better sorting and tracking of project timelines. It streamlines project planning and review, helping teams make faster, more informed decisions.
- Automatic Number Generation for Project Expenses: We’ve added a new feature in the Project Financials → Expense section that automatically generates unique sequential numbers for each new project expense entry. Enable or disable automatic numbering under Settings. This enhancement ensures consistent tracking, reduces manual entry errors, and improves financial tracking and audit readiness.
- Milestone Owner Restriction: We’ve introduced a Milestone Owner Restriction for improved control over milestone progress. Now, only the Milestone Owner can make progress on the milestone, even if a Project Owner is added later. This ensures clear ownership, prevents unauthorized changes, and streamlines workflows by keeping progress on track.

Performance Management
- Section Reordering for Consistent Evaluation Flow: We’ve reorganized the evaluation sections in the performance review process for better clarity and consistency. Sections like Self, Peer, Manager, and Final evaluations are now presented in a logical order. Within each evaluator type, the subsections follow this flow: Overall → Performance → Goals → OKRs. This structured approach streamlines the review process and improves alignment across all evaluation types.
- Custom Formula for Final Overall Rating (Max 5 Reviews): You can now define the Final Overall Rating using a custom formula, offering flexibility in how multiple performance reviews are calculated. You can select up to 5 past reviews (e.g., current and previous quarters) and assign weights to each review to influence the final score. The system will use the available reviews and their assigned weights to calculate the final rating.
- 1-on-1 Meetings Filter in PMS Side Panel: We’ve added a new filter option in the PMS side panel for secondary reviewers during performance evaluations. Secondary reviewers can now filter meetings by All Meetings (including all scheduled meetings) or 1-on-1 Meetings (showing only meetings between the reviewer and the employee). This enhancement improves the review process by providing clearer visibility into relevant discussions and feedback conversations.
- Audio and Video Support for Secondary Reviewer Comments: We’ve enhanced the commenting experience for secondary reviewers by adding audio and video recording options. Reviewers can now record and attach audio or video comments directly within the comment box. This update enables richer, more personalized feedback, improving clarity and communication, especially in hybrid and remote work environments.
- Confirmation Pop-up for Send for Approval: We’ve added a confirmation pop-up to the Goals Approval Flow to show the manager’s name when a goal is sent for approval. Now, end users will see the approver’s name in the pop-up, ensuring clear visibility and preventing confusion. This improves transparency and communication, aligning both senders and approvers on the approval process.
- Performance Trend Report in HR Cockpit: We’ve added a Performance Trend Report chart in the HR Cockpit for better performance analysis. This new chart allows you to compare performance data from two different reviews side by side, helping you track trends, improvements, or areas needing attention. It provides clearer insights, empowering HR teams to make informed decisions and better assess employee development over time.
- List of Reviewers in Email Template: We’ve added a Reviewer’s Table in the Reminder Email Template to improve review coordination. The table includes assessment types and the corresponding reviewers (e.g., peers, managers), providing clear visibility of responsibilities. This enhances communication, ensuring everyone knows their role in the review process and streamlining the overall workflow.
- Access List Option in Survey Launch Page: We’ve added a new Access List feature for survey admins to control who can access survey results and dashboards.Admins can now choose between All Survey Admins for full access or Specific Survey Admins to grant access to selected individuals. This ensures better control over sensitive survey data and improves privacy and governance during survey analysis.
- Improvements in Schedule & Budget Status Update: We’ve enhanced the Schedule and Budget Status display on the Project Overview page to provide more accurate insights. Now, both Schedule and Budget Status will remain blank (“-“) until there’s actual progress or financial data available. This eliminates misleading indicators and ensures project managers receive reliable and contextual status updates for better decision-making.
