Profit.co provides an option to export/download the user list in an excel file format.
Why this feature?
- By using this feature you can export all the user’s information in your system and can view and save it in an excel (.csv) file.
- Exporting users from User Management provides data backup, simplifies user management, aids in auditing, and enhances security.
- It enables a smooth transition to other systems or platforms, offering greater control and flexibility.
Step 1
Navigate to Settings → User Management from the left navigation panel, then switch to the Active Users tab. Click the ellipsis icon and select the Export icon to download all user information.
Step 2
The list of users along with the user information will be downloaded in a .csv format.
