How is the Employee Dashboard useful to HR Business Partner in Profit.co?

Profit.co allows HR Business Partners and HR Business Partners who are not Super Users to add and view employees assigned to them from a single dashboard.

Why this Feature?

• When a logged-in user is a Human Resource - Business Partner, they can access and view employees listed under them.
• HR Business Partners can access user information and monitor their status from a single window.
• Determined by the organizational needs, HR Business Partners can now manage the performance-related modules for specific employees and departments.

Note: Only Super Users can assign HR Business Partners to employees.

Step 1

Navigate to Performance → HR Business Partner → Employees from the left navigation panel.

Step 2

On the Employees Dashboard, the HR Business Partner can Search and Filter users assigned to them.

On the Employees Dashboard, the HR Business Partner can also Create a New User.

To create a new user, follow the below steps,

Step 1

HR Business Partner can Create User by clicking on  the icon.

Step 2

On the Create User side panel, the HR Business Partner can provide the data required to add a new employee and then click Create.

On the Employees Dashboard, the HR Business Partner can Edit user information.

To edit user information, follow the below steps,

Step 1

In the Employees Dashboard, click on the  icon to Edit and update user information.

Step 2

In the Update User side panel, HR Business Partner can modify user information and click on Update to apply the changes.

On the Employees Dashboard, the HR Business Partner can also download the User Report.

To download User Report, follow the below steps,

Step 1

By using the Export option the HR Business Partners can download the User Report.

The User Report will be downloaded in a .CSV format as displayed below.
