How to download reports for the Performance Improvement Plan?

Profit.co provides an option to download/export reports for the Performance Improvement Plan for HR Admins, HR Business Partners, and Individual Users.
Why this Feature?
- By using this feature, you can download reports for the Performance Improvement Plan for future purposes.
- Coaches and mentors can download and view the reports of individuals that report to them.
How the HR Admin can download the Performance Improvement Plan Reports?
Navigate to Performance → HR Administration → Performance Improvement Plan and click on the icon to download all the reports or select individual PIPs to export detailed reports.
Step 2:
In the Performance Improvement Plan, click on the
icon to Download PDF.
The information will be displayed in the Preview panel prior to download.
How an Individual user can download the Performance Improvement Plan Reports?
Navigate to Performance → Performance Improvement Plan → My PIPs.
Click on the icon 
to download the reports.
Note: The Coach/Mentors can also download the Performance Improvement Plan reports from My Org IDPs and Mentor IDPs from the left navigation menu respectively.
