Profit.co enables users to define Goal Cadence for the employees present in the organization.
Why this feature?
- Goal cadence involves establishing a structured approach to goal setting and management, ensuring that goals are regularly reviewed, progress is tracked, and adjustments are made as necessary.
- By establishing a goal cadence, admins can restrict employees from creating goals within a specific time frame.
Step 1
Navigate to Settings → Performance → Goals from the left navigation panel.
In the General tab click on Show Advanced Options.
Step 2
In the Goal Cadence section, enable the Restrict Goal to a specific timeframe toggle and set the Window Starts and Window Ends timeframe to create goals.
Step 3
In the Windows Extensions section, use the Search bar to select employees who can extend the window to create goals.
Step 4
As a final step, set the Default Extension period to create goals for employees.
